Terms of Service

Version 1.1 — Effective: May 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Veilys, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Veilys to create, share, or transmit:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Content that harasses, threatens, or intimidates any person
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or "revenge porn"
• Content that exploits or harms minors in any way
• Material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you create or share using Veilys. The operator of Veilys is not responsible for user-generated content. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Privacy and Encryption

Veilys encrypts the following content on your device before it is sent to the server: messages, album comments, photos, videos, and profile images. The operator cannot access or read any of this content.

Chat background images are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure. Do not share your PIN with anyone other than your partner.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years old to use Veilys. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

6. Subscriptions

Veilys offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple's App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please use the "Report Abuse" feature in Settings or contact us at support@yotsubanet.org.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to Veilys for any user who violates these Terms of Service.

1. 規約への同意

Veilysを使用することにより、本利用規約に従い合法的に使用することに同意するものとします。同意できない場合は、アプリを使用できません。

2. 禁止コンテンツ

Veilysを使用して以下のコンテンツを作成、共有、または送信してはなりません：

• あらゆる種類の違法コンテンツ
• 他者を嫌がらせ、脅迫、または威嚇するコンテンツ
• 同意のない親密な画像（NCII）または「リベンジポルノ」
• 未成年者を搾取または害するコンテンツ
• 第三者の知的財産権を侵害する素材

3. ユーザーの責任

Veilysを使用して作成または共有するすべてのコンテンツについて、ユーザーが全責任を負います。Veilysの運営者はユーザー生成コンテンツに対して責任を負いません。本規約に違反した場合、即座にアカウントが停止され、法律で義務付けられている場合は関係当局への報告が行われることがあります。

4. プライバシーと暗号化

Veilysは以下のコンテンツを端末上で暗号化してからサーバーに送信します：メッセージ、アルバムコメント、写真、動画、プロフィール画像。運営者はこれらのコンテンツにアクセスしたり読んだりすることはできません。

チャット背景画像は端末にのみ保存され、サーバーにアップロードされることはありません。

PINの管理はご自身の責任で行ってください。パートナー以外の人とPINを共有しないでください。

5. 年齢要件

Veilysを使用するには17歳以上である必要があります。使用を続けることにより、この年齢要件を満たしていることを確認するものとします。

6. サブスクリプション

Veilysは無料プランと有料のプレミアムサブスクリプションを提供しています。プレミアムサブスクリプションはApple App Storeを通じて月額で課金されます。サブスクリプションの管理やキャンセルは、端末の設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプションから行えます。

7. 不正利用の報告

本規約に違反するコンテンツを見つけた場合は、設定画面の「不正利用を報告」機能を使用するか、support@yotsubanet.orgまでご連絡ください。

8. 利用停止

本利用規約に違反したユーザーのVeilysへのアクセスを停止する権利を留保します。
